Russia fell without firing a shot being fired and we will to because we have wronged our many citizens and have taken their properties without due process of common law. The practice of law is not absolute in this state or nation and it is actually very simple to see that I have a right to ask for it all back. In addition to it being taken away bought for and decreed, the banks and or lenders violated the Truth in Lending Act of 1969 passed by u s Congress that requires lenders to disclose the exact daily interest charged the barrower on each loans. Even if the court was acting in accordance to law, they would be responsible to see that any case of foreclosure had complied with this the lending law before the case proceeded. It is up to the court to reverse the foreclosure and deed back to the owner free of debt. The court must in each case reverse their orders and award the property back to its rightful owner. This is true in every case in every state past present and future. In the case of the federal bankruptcy court, they have their own set of rules not okayed by the Congress are anyone but they themselves whoever they are and they commit acts worse than slavery by raping their victims repeatedly of their privacy and their finances. I will ask that our main commercial property be restored to us with the same exemption and privileges that BMW have been awarded on the property for 50 years and they are not using it for manufacturing, only for decoration. This paper government will change, being so vulnerable and ruled by non Authority. All it will take is pointing out their fault and they must reverse their action to comply with the common law of this great nation. The courts have become gangsters robbing the people and God will judge those that violate His law. The cops have become the robbers and the departments of government the seizer's of properties that rightfully belong to the peaceful population of citizens. No government can last long that robs its people of their hard-earned assets and fails to them provide housing free and equal for all. Up until WWII the citizens would come in to help their neighbors built their house beginning by cutting the timber and making those houses completely livable without any debt whatsoever. After the war the government loaned the GI’s money to build houses and the great mortgage debt began to haunt each and every household as banks made it easy to borrow to build and it was all by paid labor leaving a family in debt and subject to lose their home. This nation is mortgaged to the maximum. No court in this century passed would argue Constitutional law because our constitution is compromised and the citizenry is void of information regarding their rights. If our attorney had been honest and fair, he would have invoked the legal and constitutional rights at the time. The Constitution guarantees every citizen the right of trial before a jury of their peers and this is not done in any case in court today. The court must be responsible for damage done and no judge has any right to order the transfer of one's property to another against their will and causing hardship and mental anguish, even homelessness in many thousands of cases. The enticement of the banks and lenders is to entrap the public citizens into debt that bleeds them for all they are worth, may God help.
